Lauryn House was founded by Krystina and Charles Jones with a shared belief that workforce development should do more than provide training.

People need clear pathways into opportunity. Organizations need practical systems that help them prepare, develop, and support talent. Industries need workers who understand not only the technical requirements of a role, but also the professional, operational, and compliance expectations that come with it.

Together, Krystina and Charles bring complementary experience in strategy, workforce development, training, operations, program implementation, and organizational systems to the work of Lauryn House.

Workforce Strategy • Program Development • Partnerships • Professional Education

Charles Jones is the Co-Founder and Director of Training Strategy & Operations at Lauryn House.

Charles provides strategic oversight of Lauryn House's training operations, implementation systems, and professional education initiatives. His role focuses on ensuring that programs are supported by clear processes, effective delivery systems, practical operating standards, and the infrastructure needed to move from program design into successful implementation.

As Lauryn House expands its workforce development and professional education portfolio, Charles helps strengthen the systems behind the work.

His leadership supports training operations, program implementation, process improvement, quality oversight, and the development of scalable systems that allow Lauryn House programs to be delivered consistently by instructors, consultants, partners, and other members of the organization’s professional network.

Charles also helps ensure that Lauryn House remains focused on the realities of workforce development, what organizations need from employees, what participants need to succeed, and what systems must be in place to support both.

Krystina Jones is the Co-Founder and Program Director of Lauryn House, where she leads organizational strategy, workforce program development, partnerships, and the expansion of professional education initiatives.

Her professional background spans financial services, healthcare, housing and community based services, program development, and organizational strategy. Across these environments, Krystina has focused on helping people navigate complex systems, translating requirements into practical solutions, and building programs that connect individuals and organizations with meaningful opportunities.

At Lauryn House, Krystina leads the development of workforce initiatives, professional training programs, strategic partnerships, and the READY™ framework used to guide the organization's approach to workforce and organizational readiness.

Her work is especially focused on industries and systems where regulations, professional standards, access barriers, or complex requirements can make career pathways difficult to navigate.

Krystina's goal is to help Lauryn House build solutions that create more than short-term participation. She is focused on developing pathways that strengthen professional readiness, career advancement, organizational capacity, and long-term economic mobility.
