Leadership & Instruction Team

Krystina leads the vision, learner experience, and program development behind Lauryn House and the CMCC training program. Her work focuses on building structured, high quality cannabis education that translates complex regulatory and operational concepts into practical learning for workforce readiness and responsible consultation.

Nathan contributes clinical and public health perspective to the CMCC training program as a registered nurse and Minnesota cannabis micro-business owner. His instruction focuses on clinical foundations, applied judgment, and safe cannabis consultation practices.

Charles leads training operations, curriculum architecture, and compliance focused instruction for Lauryn House. He oversees implementation of the CMCC training experience, including instructional design, live training flow, course development, and training materials.
